Co-facilitated the overall logistics and operations of Let’s Talk Marketing! to educate the Sprott students of the marketing and business industry

Successfully recruited Mark Bonneau, Senior Vice President of Corporate Sales with the Ottawa Senators to speak at the event

Created a marketing campaign with Marketing portfolio team to promote the event that was attended by 50 students and professionals

Co-facilitated the overall logistics and operations of the annual competition weekend in Halifax, Nova Scotia

Collaborated with The Westin Nova Scotian Hotel and Freeman AV on behalf of the Canadian Association of Business Students to ensure our lodging and IT needs were met at a reasonable rate

Worked with the  fellow Program Team Directors to build the master schedule for the 500 student competitors and business professionals

Sprott Marketing Conference 2017

Conducted logistics management (platform stage, sound, and audio/video equipment) for the conference

Managed social media presence in the lead up to the conference that led to attendance of 100 people (students and professionals)

Successfully accumulated raffle prizes and business donations valued at around $200

Shopify Office Facility Tour

Organized office facility tour to bring provide students an opportunity to learn about Shopify’s Human Resources operations and recruitment opportunities

Established event awareness via the SSMA social media accounts towards filling the maximum tour capacity of 30 students
